Grant Access

There are many grants available across Australia to assist our communities but it takes time and practice to be able to access them. Wesleyan Community Care takes the hard work out of accessing grants. We will write the grant the proposal that will allow you access to the funds needs to provide your great community services. 

Community Insights

Every community is unique. What are the individual needs of your community? Who is working in this area and what are they providing? What are the assets of your organisation and how will they be best used. Wesleyan Community Care will work with you to answer these questions. 

Community Development Assessment

What are the outreach strategies that you are using at the moment and how effective are they?

Using an Action Research approach Wesleyan Community Care will collaborate with you to assess your programs and assess their effectiveness. 

Training

Starting late 2023 Wesleyan Community Care offers monthly training in one aspect of community development. These meetings are accessible by Zoom throughout Australia. Topics will include:

• How to make migrants feel welcome in your community?
• How to apply for a grant through Wesleyan Community Care?
